여러 연주회 준비하느라 고생 많으시죠?

이렇게 바쁜 와중에 이번 페스티벌에도 참석을 강행해주셔서 감사드립니다.

이번 페스티벌에서는 세미나를 통해서 기초적인 부분과 테크닉을 습득하실 수 있을 것이고,

다른 단체들과 함께 대규모 연합 연주를 하면서 지금까지 경험해보지 못한 큰 볼륨의 오케스트라 연주 규모를 경험해볼 수 있습니다.

무엇보다도 우리나라 1세대 음악인이신 김병용 선생님의 음악지도를 직접 받아보 실 수 있기 때문에 이 또한 좋은 경험이 되리라 생각됩니다.

올해 페스티벌은 내년 내후년 페스티벌을 보다 멋지게 치루기 위한 초석으로 생각해 주시기 바랍니다.

협회 페스티벌을 단순히 1년에 한번 있는 연례행사로 생각하지 않고 지속적으로 발전시켜 일반인들에게 만돌린이란 것을 확실히 인식시켜주기 위한 목적으로 진행하고 있습니다.

대전이라는 위치가 그리 가깝지 않은 불편함이 있지만 우리나라를 하나로 봤을때는 어느 한 곳이 반드시 총본부가 되어야만 합니다.

이것이 당연히 서울/경기지역일 필요는 없습니다.

행사 진행을 위한 인프라(공연 장소, 시설, 홍보, 행사 준비 등)가 잘 되어 있는 곳이 중심이 되어야하고,

이곳에서 행사를 준비할 수 있는 사람들이 모여있는 곳이라야 합니다.

그리고 어떠한 행사든 이곳저곳 바뀐다면 연속성을 가지기 힘듧니다.

역사가 되고 전통이 되려면 연속성이 있어야합니다.

이번 페스티벌이 그 연속성의 시작이 될 것입니다.

앞으로 특별한 이유가 아닌 이상 대전에서 행사를 진행할 생각입니다.

우리는 너무나도 섬세하고 예쁜 소리를 낼 수 있는 만돌린을 연주하는 사람들입니다.

우리가 모두 모여 아주 멋진 모습을 만들어갈 수 있다고 확신합니다.

이번 페스티벌 끝에서 그 멋진 모습을 잠시 보여드릴 생각이니 아무쪼록 힘드시더라도 꼭 참석해주시고,

대전을 오고감에 있어서 안전하고 무사히 다녀가실 바라겠습니다.
